Blackwings main tuner is Glale who has 1400 ATK. The other Tuners are usually at 1 copy at most. So they're safe.
Shiranuis don't like when their Tuners are banished but they have a big variety of cards that can bring back banished cards, e.g. banishing Solitaire. No big deal.
Stuff like Crystrons or Fortune Lady have a hard time against this card but those aren't Tier 1 or Tier 2 decks.
Chain destruction doesn't remove your monster from field it only destroy another copy from hand or deck. This one is more devastating cause it banishes that monster which is many deck will just be tilted
