Does dimensional prison work on this card? It just says "when it attacks", not if a attack is declared. So when they say "I attack!" with reactor dragon, can you still use dimensional prison to banish it?
But why? As long as the attack isn't happening yet, then shouldn't it work according to the card text? Or is declaring an attack considered the same as actually attacking?
Okay. I got confused at first because both of the cards' text make it look like it could be two separate situations when you read them. But I should have known that would be too good to be true.
Dimensional prison is targeting the attacking card the moment you carry out the atk ( u move the red arrow ), meanwhile reactor dragon eff make the ATK cant be interupted the moments he ATK.
