Need only 1 key card : The Regulation of Tribe.
And any monster card until you draw 1 of Black Ptera.
Safer than any deck that need your own luck with your draw to get 2 or 3 key card in the first few turn. Destiny Draw make it almost 100% safe.
Tribute any monster until the turn before last, that turn you summon Vassal or The Calcurator, and summen another one on last turn. You can special summon Megacyber on any turn, since you will normal summon another monster for TROT.
No. Only card that necessary is Regulation. You can also replace Black Ptera, if you find any better card for this. You can change the end combo any way you want to increase point. Only reason i use Megacyber and Calculator is because i got so many glossy and prismatic to make it over 8000 without fusion or tribute summon.
You can replace both Megacyber and Calculator with Cyber-Stein. And you can use BEUD or Master of Oz. I use Oz because i got a prismatic :D
Dont be afraid to fill up you back row, since on your last turn, you will destroy Regulation and have free slot to use spells anyway.
