Given how old Wetlands is, it makes more sense to add it as a Ranked SR ticket reward. (Surprised that hasn't happened yet.)

I'm fine with them giving us more copies of level rewards that have no reason to be restricted personally.

Aye, exactly. It opens the door for more restricted Rank-Uo rewards to appear on a future Pick A Gift campaign. Still personally hoping for a second Toon Table of Contents or Toon Kingdom.
