The ideal way is to not even bother with. You can thank me later for saving your gems trying to build a deck around 1 synchro monster that you will rarely manage to summon without interruptions.
Thats synchro tuner + synchro monster is actually kinda hard for blue eyes in general. While spark dragon itself is level 10, a generic blue eyes synchro is already level 9, which mean you need a level 1 synchro tuner that can only be achieved via skill / monster eff. How did you even create the synchro tuner with blue eyes monster?
If you see all the card you will notice Puralis, the Purple Pyrotile that actually is a level 2 synchro tuner. So if you use it with Stardust Dragon... Or better, Stardust Spark Dragon...
The problem also lies in how you summon puralis itself in blue eyes deck as the requirement for spark.
In the end, it became complicated as you need to also maintain a consistency since blue eyes tend to brick in general.
Spirit dragon tends to be rolled over consistently by anything. Even DKayed from DLM just uses Spirit to draw a guaranteed necrovalley. Here Spirit can become any level depending on who you SS, so the tuner can be any level and Spirit will adapt = guaranteed Chronicle synchro.
You might want to SS the synchro tuner in blue eyes before anything. I know there are several synchro tuner available, but the main issue here is how to summon them in blue eyes.
About that dkayed necrovalley, you must know that necrovalley itself is an anti meta card, which give a more consistent lockdown for graveyard instead of spirit dragon at most of times. Even blackwing use necrovalley.
Step 1: Summon any generic level 8 synchro monster like stardust spark dragon to protect himself for a turn.
Step 2: Next turn, normal summon righty driver, then you can go into any level 4 synchro monster thanks to it's effect. In this case, we will summon phonon dragon.
Step 3: Change phonon dragon's level to 2 with it's own effect.
Step 4: Summon Chronicle Dragon
