this effect activates at the end of (each) of your opponent's Battle Phases: Discard 1 random card from your opponent's hand. I have this and i think there is a bug in this card!. this card only works for one battle phase and it should works each battle phase !!?

Only reasons I can think of: Wasn't destroyed by battle, or it was destroyed by battle with a monster that negates effects of monsters it destroys, or had an equip spell like the Baou Sword to do that.

Probably only lasted 1 turn after it being destroyed seeing as it's pretty trash

Only reason I can think of is your opponent doesn’t go into their battle phase for it to activate its effect?

Yep, the effect activates every turn IF the opponent goes into Battle Phase every turn.

If your opponent skip his/her Battle Phase, the effect does not activate.

The effect only activates every time your opponent goes into Battle Phase, and does not activate on the turns where your opponent does not go into Battle Phase.
