I believe it's to incentivize you not to use the multplyier I am currently doing his unlocks now and they seem pretty reasonable compared to scud I had to build a whole new deck focused on banishing things. 500,000 over time is nothing if you just keep dueling you'll be fine you'll accidentally stumble into him
You’re complaining about the easy part… it just takes time. Be patient, I got him to show up after playing for 2 weeks normally. The problem are the actual missions, specifically pendulum summoning 3 times in one single match.
Its not from a single duel... you have to collect 500,000 duel assessment points from duels in arc-v world. It is a bit of a grind but I managed to get my Sylvio in about 3-4 days
The wording on it is unclear, you don't have to get 500,000 ap in one duel, rather just 500,000 total in arc-v. Keep dueling, I think it took me around 160 duels to get it.
