Light hex effect is special summon.

Unless you use poly instead fusing 2 proto + that light hex (as subs instead).

Yes you could. Did it many a times myself. Don't know if it will work now, but I'm pretty sure it will.

I was just testing a Cyber Style deck and confirmed several times that The Light Hex will no longer activate if the other materials are Proto Cyber Dragons. Flash Fusion cannot use these Proto Cyber Dragonsas materials either.

Something in me tells me this last one is a bug since Flash Fusion should count as a Fusion summon.
