This doesn't really matter now since the tag duel is almost over, but this is a glitch. After Aster uses his destiny survivor skill, the game will mostly freeze and you will have to surrender, and that is how he "survives". I have not encountered it since I haven't had the skill used on me, but it has been reported on reddit enough. It is the ultimate skill. XD
