Hi guys, what's up? So let me explain to you my situation: I started playing the game once Ultimate Rising was removed so I got no access to any of those cards:
Right now my deck just consists on Elegant Egotist, Harpie Lady, Harpie Ladie's Sisters and a couple more things, but that is basically it.
I still haven't bought a single booster pack since I didn't want to waste my gems brainlessly, (around 2600 right now).
Which deck (and which booster pack) should I go for having no cards from Ultimate Rising?

You already have competitive meta deck. The next thing is try to get cards for farming, there are potential farming card aside from ultimate rising and Age discovery
If you want to build Harpie deck i recommend you to buy some "Wonders of the Sky" pack to get Birdface. However, harpie deck with Harpies' Hunting Ground skill (if you have it) is a powerful deck beside Relinquished deck, currently
But which other cards should I go for if I want that Harpie deck with Harpies'Hunting Ground skill (don't have it yet)?
I mean, which other monsters besides the 4 Harpie Ladies and the 2 Harpie Ladies Sisters? (probably 3 copies of birdface, but I guess I'd need a few more), and which magic and traps? Since I got no access to order to charge that's the thoughest decission besides 3 elegant egotist
Sonic Duck (R rarity) from Wonders of the Sky pack is a good monster when you use HHG (Harpies' Hunting Ground) cause it will have 1900 atk. The other card for this deck is support card like Mirror Wall (from Neo-Impact pack) or Enemy Controller (farm Kaiba lvl 30/40) is a good sinergy when you use it right. Maybe you should watch GUNSBLAZING channel in youtube, he has a lot of good deck.
And.. Wild Tornado (from Valkirie's Rage pack) is a good sinergy with this deck. First, set this card. Then, summon Harpie lady or harpie lady sisters. And when the HHG effect activate u could destroy this facedown card and destroy 1 of ur opponent monster. Otherwise, HHG activate --> destroy spell/trap card ur opponent control
