Pros and cons, as usual. Blazeman = instand +1 BUT with 1200 ATK he's vulnerable for attack next turn. This = spammable poly retrieval every turn, and he has the same DEF as Elemental Hero Clayman, BUT you need enemy to flip him face up, or put him in ATK position..
Monster version of Fusion Recycling Plant? I would go with that field spell any day over this monster, don't have to worry about protecting another low stat monster on the field.
