Was your opponent had monster in his graveyard? If not, then this is not a bug. If yes, I need some screenshot of the duel log.

hi and thx for the reply , what a screenshot will help? i mean , you'll only see gandora in my hand and tribute in the grave and yes , he and i both had monsters in the grave

tribute burial activation is not the problem ,but having the option to summon the card from my hand is

Have you tried to actually summon Gandora? Tribute Burial doesn't automatically summon the monster, you still have to do the summon manually.

After using Tribute Burial, once you try to summon a Level 7 or higher monster that can be Tribute Summoned, you should get the option to banish the monsters from the graveyards.
