Wtf why even UR? If the enemy moster is not destroyed, it means that probably yours is. It's a worse version of Sakuretsu or WR and you need a Constelar monster to activate. Do I fail to see the synergy or is this card simply bad? In all cases, SR at best.
It also doesn't appear to target, which means cards that have protections against targeting effects can still be shuffled back into the deck. This is actually a very good card.
Here's only a few examples: Your opponent wastes resources to summon a fusion or synchro monster, you return it to their deck and counterattack the next turn. It doesn't matter if the card has protections like Brave Neos using Neos Fusion to prevent being destroyed. Sometimes shuffling into the deck or hand is way better than destroying a monster.
I have no doubts about what you said, but I've already considered that, this card is better than the above mentioned in few situations or against certain mosters, all things considered is situational and its not even a general cards because you neeed Costellars. Like I said, UR is only smoke in the eyes to give us an illusion they are giving us a good card in a event
Shuffling to the hand is one thing, but back to the deck strains the opponent even more. This is almost like a drowning mirror force without direct attack requirement exclusive for constellars. Even if constellars are bad right now, this trap can change the flow of a duel!
