It can be used to summon dark verger, sadly only can summon dragon synchro and we don't have lv6 dragon synchros (yeah that one jack gave us, but needs a fiend tuner this is dragon)
We have Iron Chain Dragon, actually. I wouldn't be surprised if Orient Dragon was in this box, either. Though regardless, Coral Dragon's the only good LV6 you could Summon with Debris, and I doubt we'll get that yet.
Debris Dragon is better used as a one-card Black Rose Dragon with a Level 3 like King of the Swamp or Snowman Eater.
If you have both Dark Verger and Quillbolt in the Graveyard (by say, discarding Quillbolt with Dark World Dealings on turn 1), you can Normal Summon this card, use its effect to revive Dark Verger, then use Quillbolt's effect to revive itself.
And you now can Synchro Summon a Level 8 Synchro (4 + 2 + 2).
