If link summoning gets added, wouldn't they have to change the field to add the spaces for those cards or would they just put them in the regular monster zones? I don't see konami changing the field for that. Just curious as i never used, played, or watched anything after 5ds so link summoning is new to me though it's done like contact fusion. That's all i know about link summoning
We probably will not get link heck we have not evwn got xyz but this crappy world thanks konami but tbf all i want is 2v2 online so i can duel with my friend like against others also clabs of some sort
I hope they don't add it. I was jyst curious. And that's something i wanted added for a while. A pvp/e Tag Duel where you can team up with your friends or other people.
Do you think it should be added? I'm curious if changing the dueling mat, that update may leave users with older phones, Android Version 5-7.0 without being able to play the game unless they get it for PC. It may not even fit my android screen anymore. But if they do, they should just go ahead & add the card limit to 40 & the 5 monster/spell zones.

Link summoning does not look like contact fusion for good reason,
1) link summoning - Materials go to gy
2) Contact fusion - Form of fusion where monsters go to respective decks in order to fusion summon without a fusion spell/trap
Like i said, the term speed duel is new to me and i never even heard of it until one of you mentioned it. I been living under a rock. I stopped following yugioh & their set of rules or whatever you want to call them after the Tag Force Games which was almost 10 years ago.
if we get a new world each yr,that would mean that link summoning will come in the next 3 yrs or so. Besides we already have tindangle cards in subterror box
