This too!? I also never got my kog rank-up gems. What is this? A gem glitch? We should get some apology gems for this whenever they can figure out how to program gems again.
I thought I hadn't received my KOG gems too but someone told me they're not sending them to gift box anymore. I can't say if it is the case cause I don't remember how many gems I had before KOG
I also don't have gems in my gift box for rank up to legend but I see in the notification that you can check the history section in your account name setting and it displays that I have the gems
damn though so. got KOG today and no gems on gift box... already contact konami but they said just re-download the game... the hell i dont waste my time downloading the game again...
