Id rather have fast changing metas than metas lasting for ages. The tcg has 3 top tier decks (sky strikers, thunder dragons, and salamangreats [previously altergiest]) and it’s pretty much the same for the whole year. It’s extremely boring. Duel links is way more fun as no one knows what the meta will be two months later.
And don't forget about Orcust, Mystic Mine, Guardragons (okay, it's a splashable engine, but still ...) and Dinosaurs. Plus, i'd say Endymion is another deck, that is actually able to be really good Rogue Deck. Actually i think, right now it's a pretty diverse Meta. At least in my opinion.
Yeah the latest booster pack and the ban list gave us a lot more viable decks but I do agree with anon that the top decks have been dominated by primary sky strikers, tds, and saladboys.
