By your logic Musician King is a girl because both it's Fusion Materials are girls. Just because it has a male/female Fusion Material doesn't automatically make it female. Plus this card is very obviously male when you look at it
There is also Evil HERO Inferno Wing, who is clearly female and is Fusion summoned with the same materials, so I guess that this card could be only male and have Inferno Wing as it's female form.
