Feedback needed (again). I attacked with White Night Dragon, (from Vision of Ice), my opponent activated a trap and a quick play spell. The text on this dragon states that it negates and destroys any spell or trap that targets it. The trap got negated but the quick play spell was able to send my dragon out of play. Any advice about what happened there?
It was a quick play spell and a trap. The text on the dragon doesn't ask what type of quick play spell or trap. It says negate the activation if it targets this card. The trap was negated. The spell wasn't. And no, it wasn't Amazon Onslaught.
Not only was the quick play spell not negated and destroyed as promised on the text of the dragon, but my dragon got banished. It was a Spell Book quick play, can't remember the name. And the trap was Draining Shield.
