The card is real though. It also got released in the OCG as a special promo. It's the first and currently only Normal monster with a level of 4 or lower that has more than 2100 DEF.
To be fair, going above 2100 for Normals is kinda overdue at this point. We've had 2200 DEF Effect Monsters without a negative effect for over a decade, and Noble Knight Brothers (the card this card is parodying) has 2400 and its negative effect is mostly irrelevant.
The one issue I have with this card is that it's unlikely get a TCG release. (Which is obv. not an issue affecting Duel Links.)
Yeah, they should go for 2500 def for level 4 normal monsters as an upper limit. Decks with normal monsters are a meme anyway and such decks usually go for high atk and not for high def.
