This card is awesome! Once you draw this card, you will always have and equipment card for the rest of your game. It also increases your monster defense, so you can use it for defensive situations sometimes.
Once it saved me from running out off cards because it returns to your deck and i won the game. I was using wonder ballons and i discard this card turn after turn.
No, it's marginally worse than the likes of black pendant. What if you are down to one monster and there's a monster on your opponent's field that you can't just beat even with +500 ATK, this card has a better chance to potentially ruin up your game as you will be stuck in a loophole - you will keep drawing this card turn after turn UNTIL YOU FINALLY LOSE. Not great for most occasions..

From here, it follows then that a situational card with considerable drawbacks, (although it can offer huge benefits) will be frowned upon in favour of more CONSISTENT cards. If you still want this card despite the unsettling inconvenience(s) that comes with it (wherein it can potentially make you lose), feel free to use it.
You drew it then you won't use it. Practically useless then. Consumes time and turn for basically nothing, if you find yourself NOT USING IT, otherwise.
