No it doesn't. You need to summon Gravekeeper's Vassal one turn ahead of time. If you see that you have one card left in your deck and it is Gravekeeper's Vassal, then just make sure you prep Red-Eyes Slash Dragon with a Warrior equipped to it. You can negate and destroy Future Visions with the effect of Red-Eyes Slash Dragon.
