This card's a good way to get easy fodder for the Cyberdark effects though. Puts dragon fodder in the graveyard. Especially if you're doing BEUD or FGD

That's assuming this card survives one turn on the field.

You don't get to send the material until your next turn's Standby Phase.

Fodder for Cyberdark? Aren't they restricted to lvl 3-? So anything higher can't be used and is a waste in such a deck!

Higher level ones are meant more for Cyberdark Dragon.

Cyberdark Dragon can equip any dragon regardless of level, that's why people recommend equipping FGD into it.
