This card does NOTHING on turn 1. (the turn Blue Eyes decks really good at) They can't even activate it to discard White stone since there are no monsters on the field.
Pretty much leaving them vulnerable to be OTK'd next turn.
^This mean they failed to OTK that turn lol. Pretty much everything most deck needed to counter back during the next turn.
A difference between normal spell vs quick spell or trap card is really affect the duel lol.
Also why does it matter when this card is not Once per turn? If all monsters on the field are already destroyed. Then you obviously can't activate the second one. Unless the monsters your opponent controls has a floating effect that special summon a monster(s) after being destroyed. But do you really want to discard your entire resource on your hand? You wouldn't even able to do a comeback next t
