28th Main Box: Witch's Sorcery

this box features a brand new burn stall deck. An expensive one.

You mean recycling burn spells with Witchcrafters?

Recycle Witchcrafter spells, use with Type Zero Magic Crusher.

Verre alone can defend against many threat.

I wouldn't be surprised to see kickfire and magic crusher on the next ban list

Type Zero Magic Crusher has already been broken since the era of Gem-Knight OTK

Too much new cards are being released to milk our wallets dry. No more boxes please Konami. Do the right thing for once. Just release multiple ban lists and only one box a year.

One box a year? Everybody would stop playing such a boring and slow-changing game.

In many TCGs, RTS, MOBAS MOBA, AND etc.. Banlists are self sufficient.

In Duel Links the last 8-9 boxes changed nothing. Selection box and structure decks included.
Only banlists can move DM and Invoker from the meta permanently.

In summary, banlists is more effective when it comes to bringing changes to a game.

Konami never really balance the game with banlist. They do that by powercreep. This is why you won't see more errata in any other tcg as many as ygo has.

banlist mechanism exists, indeed. But its not for balancing the game, rather, to promote new product or shoving konami's design mistakes under the rug.

Powercreep in Duel Links used to be fast when top tier decks were F2P friendly (Sylvans, Fur Hire, Amazoness). Now powercreep is very slow, meta hasn't changed for more than 6 months. Konami are satisfied with current meta because all top tier decks are expensive (even the cheapest one like Shiranui needs bunch of UR traps from multiple boxes), that's why new boxes were trash lately

The reason is that konami gave us MUCH more powerfull much earlier than other less powerful decks. For example you cant give us shiranui, brave neos, invokers and later give us... malefics or machina. Ofc the later boxes will be bad and inferior. This was a really bad move.

I tried to explain why later boxes were "bad". In fact they were just outdated to our meta.

Old Tcg players usually condider Baby dragon decks the best average decks for comparison reference. If a meta decks has >65% wins against Baby dragon archetype used as a point of reference then it is ban worthy. Plain simple.

Yep. Releasing Overpowered decks is understandable, but an overpowered deck should not be winning more than 65% of its games against the middle average decks. This go beyond being simply overpowered.
Those decks need a big ban.
All of my friends quit Tcg because of this. Many of them would have been a P2W whale today if Konami respected that 65% limit against baby dragons like you said.
Anoymous
You should realize there are many casual players in Duel Links who don't care about tier list. All they care is that Aromages and Witchcrafters are cute and D/D/D are badass. They spend money to collect, not to win a title.

I almost got it right, they hit the Type Zero Magic Crusher on the ban list, but left Kickfire out (since you need to buy at least 2 times the new FK structure).

Kickfire is a reprint in the SD.
