because dakini effect is sending to graveyard not destroying, TK just protecting toon monsters from getting destroyed, just like TK can't protect toon monsters from heavy knight

Toon Kingdom states Toon monsters cannot be targeted for card effects. Immunity to any card effects are not stated.

This is because Dakini's effect DOES NOT target, it lets you choose one of your monsters on the field to send to graveyard and you MUST choose. Toon Kingdom cannot protect toons from this effect.

Dakini's effect does not destroy or target. If simply forces the opponent to select and send one of their monsters to the graveyard
