Toon Kingdom makes all toon monsters unaffected by monster card effect right .. but why is Dakini effect works on toon monster .. is it a bug ? or we should wait until admin fix it :/
because dakini effect is sending to graveyard not destroying, TK just protecting toon monsters from getting destroyed, just like TK can't protect toon monsters from heavy knight
This is because Dakini's effect DOES NOT target, it lets you choose one of your monsters on the field to send to graveyard and you MUST choose. Toon Kingdom cannot protect toons from this effect.
