I understand perfectly why you do not like it, since it's stall, stall, stall and more stall :/, but to be honest I do not understand why do you think it ``needs to go´´ since it's like TIER 800 !
It's not top tier because people prefer quick OTK decks like Masked Heroes. They want a faster game, this deck on the other hand, moves slowly, dealing damage through passive methods.
When it does shows up as your opponent though, you can just feel the 🔥.
Even worse is that usually the deck is paired with Weevil, which is the worst character ever to lose to.
