Honestly as a Cyber dragon player, i felt that too, this skill was too much and the deck became a Spell/trap deck with 3 monster cards like shiranui. Im glad they nerfed the skill but i think the fusion spell limit was unnecessary right now.
People are still just adjusting to the new banlist, and the new pendulum. To me, that post-banlist cydra victory only shows that the player using it is a highly skilled duelist.
Whether Cydra would back to meta is still to be seen. It's too early to tell.
Cydra is always a tier deck in ladder. Dlm is playing a totally different game than the game most of us usually play. Just check Kamigame tierlist instead before spouting 🔥.
