He's not that good especially since you have to pay more than the lp you start with to even use him. Also no megamorph in this game. Other decks are much more consistent and faster.

Because using Cyber-stein's effect is really hard to pull off.

Yeah, hard to pull off properly and the entire deck falls apart when it's countered. Divine Wrath kills the deck on its own.

He is not banned due to the staring life points of 4000. He is banned in the duel monsters card game as players start with 8000 lp.
