That argument would mean something if the deck wasn't a 30 card clusterf#ck of a brick fest. The Neos engine doesn't make sense there too.

Neos Fusion= Summon brave neos sending Neos + harpist to get, during end phase get a +1

There are 8 cards that can start plays (usual harpie combo or neos + harpist)
Assuming you go first always (4 cards in your starting hand)

Probability of opening a starter = 73.31%. Looks good to me.

And I'm not counting scenarios that give a play too like 3 traps + 1 hysteric, 1 Harpie + 1 egotist, etc

These are the cards considered the starters:

3x channeler, 3x Harpist, 2 Neos fusion

How they start a combo

*Channeler: Summon her, special summon perfumer, add egotist/rest/hysteric, syncro syber slash, etc The usual combo

*Perfumer: Summon p, search egotist, summon cyber slash or any rank 4 xyz

*Neos Fusion: Use neos fusion, send neos and Harpist to gy, add channeler/perfumer during phase

in addition to the guy above, if you use swallowed nest, you don't need to start your hand with channeler or perfumer any harpie could be used to trade for them, more less brick.
