Hello admin, I think we may got something incorrect here that Kaiba has 2 coppies of "cost down" instead of 1. I saw him use both of them to downgrade his BEWD to lvl 4 and summon it without tributing, you can check it ingame.
Ps: this is proof that I've been working hard on him for a long time, maybe I need to word harder from now on to get the last EC =.=
