You chose way too many cards that are well beyond Duel Links' power level. We're not getting cards like Lightning Vortex, Soul-Eating Oviaptor or Swords of Revealing Light any time soon, especially as level rewards.

Of the first lot, I could see Pet Liger, Athena, Mobile Base and maybe Vrash/Rainbow Dark Dragon happening. (Though I'd sooner expect Rainbow Dark in a pack or a future Yubel event.)

I don't think we'll get Trust Guardian from Luna. It's a card belonging to Jack Atlas.

Same with Drill Barnacle. It's one of Ryoga/Shark's cards in Zexal, AND we already have it as a N in Valiant Souls.

We won't get Dark Sanctuary either, it requires "physical" copies of the Spirit Message cards, which requires 5 S/T zones to work. There's a reason why Destiny Board is a Skill instead in DL.

Dark Sanctuary itself would technically make Destiny Board's win condition possible in Duel Links (you can Summon the Spirit Messages as monsters), but there's zero chance we'll ever get Dark Sanctuary. The 50% chance to Magic Cylinder the opponent each time they attack is absurd in a 4000 LP, 3 monster-zone format.
