i agree even without galaxy eyes its still a 4000 atk beater.

Even better: even without GEPD it's a 5600 ATK beater as long as it has material to detach.

Kaito used this card at almost the very end of the series. What makes you expect it is going to be available from the start of Zexal.

Anyway, GEPPD effect is acceptable I think.
There are enough disruption that can man-handle this card now anyway.
