Why is xyz allowed to have generic and easy to access negates and quick play disruption while the best generic turn 1 synchro we have is frame lord zeta?
Because XYZ monsters, and to an equal extent link monsters, are more generic by nature. Synchro monsters require tuners, and some even require specific tuners or monsters. XYZ and links however just require 2+ monsters of the same level or 2+ monsters that meet the requirements of the link monster. It's just the way the type was designed, with a focus on monster spam that leads to extra deck plays
