Cheat as in to get tails - use reversal of fate.

Get this out quick as in to summon it quick - use cards from the sky, banish this, then use miraculous descend

You can use empress's head effect to special summon it from your hand

Does reversal of fate work with this card? I know with Arcana Force Chariot, if you get tails you can't reverse it because the card is already gone, so I wondered if this cards damage effect is dealt immediately or if it can be reversed

Yes, this cards effect only activates during your end phase.

If you have set reversal of fate previous turn, the you can use it.

Or

If you use reversal of fate "skill" (obtained from Sartorius level 4), you can use it immediately after you summon it.
