One day this skill may not work in this way anymore. They will probably make people to put 8 or more Cyber Dragon monsters in the main deck as a requirement just like Shooting Star Road.
These should be also added:
* it's 8 or more DIFFERENT Cyber monsters
* your field must be empty
* the Proto-Cybers are played from your Deck instead of outside (and the ones in hand or Graveyard won't be summoned)
* this turn, you cannot special summon other than fusion summon, you cannot attack directly, and any fusion monster you summon have their effects negated until the end of this turn
