Fans of the anime and newbie player need guidance on building good affordable/budget deck preferable f2p my current budget around 8000 gems?. Any advice character, or skill will really be appreciated.

With those gems you can complete aromage, lunalight and Valkyries, all of them are in one box only.
Aromage is the cheapest deck but it gets harder to win as you climb and also their duels take quite a bit chunk of time, you may probably not like that style
valkyries are in a box that has one of the strongest traps in the game (Karma). You will need spell/trap removal cards
lunalight shares the box with the lightsworn cards and some blue eyes support. The deck is all about stealing games in 1 turn; you use materials from your deck to reduce a monster atk to 0 then attack twice. Check videos to see if this fits your style. Spell/trap removal helps but is not necessary, some monster of their archetype can help you dodge traps.
there's also super heavy samurai but in my opinion it just not good enough anymore. It has bad matchups against almost everything and any deck that runs traps is a nightmare, they can stall but the same 1 trap and everything falls apart. If you like this style of grinding and going up hill everytime then go for this deck. It is pretty cheap, second to aromages
