Even if terror incarnate back to deck you can summon the ultimate nightmare because the second form effect activate when it's leave the field

effects can not activate in the deck so when it leaves the field into the deck you cant activate it

actually incarnates effect only activates if it gets destroyed by a card effect. sending it back to the deck wouldn't do anything

I would suggest using an ojama farming deck so that he can't summon monsters onto the field that would mess you up with the skill low level draw sense
