No, not really. It doesn't explicitly say in the notification that there are new rewards, unlike when the last Bakura event was announced. He just has a new deck, so old farming methods may won't work anymore.
Maybe there are new rewards, but I wouldn't get my hopes up too high right now.

But I still think that a relaunch of an event doesn't always mean that it comes with new rewards. Or maybe Konami learned something from previous events and does that from now on, to keep players interested. Who knows...
Hope to get luckier than last time, I got many grace/skull dice, 3 ishktar, 1 RES and that was it (if I remember correctly). I just hope to get 2 RES this time! They definetely should take the dice out...
