Anyone has problems with a mission to unlock Marik "4000 or more battle damage pts in one attack against Yami Marik lvl 30 using Yami Yugi"? Two attemps with Piranha Army + Secret Pass + 2 Union Attack + Anti-Magic Arrows combo and... Direct attack - Nothing (no damage registered). ¿Am I missing something?

Union Attack causes your opponent to take no battle damage the turn you activate it.

Gravekeeper's Vassal treats all battle damage it would do as effect damage instead, which is why it works with UA.

Replacing UA with Gift of the Martyr should get you your 4000 battle damage.

Pretty much the simplest method for me was to just use Slifer. Marik's lvl 30 deck isn't that hard to counter. Played some high level warrior cards, plus A-Forces to help against his monster's effects. Some De-Spells, Block Attacks, WOD, Enemy Controller etc. to put him on the defensive. Then just whittled him down until I got everything I needed. Summoned the God with more then enough attack poin

I did this no prob with blue eyes + rising energy, but rising enerschy is sr

summoned Slifer on him while slowly wearing him down. Then econ one of his def monsters while Slifer was at 7000 atk. deck used 2000 def/1900 atk monsters.
