I was at stage 24 and then staged up to 25. I received all the rewards after staging up. So that'll work if you're in the 30s. If you're already all the way up to 50 and can't stage up anymore, I think you're sol unless they edit it.

I think they should reward who already passed those stages..
Im pretty sure they did this to encourage players to level up till phase 20 for the KC
