Focus on summoning something over 3500 ATK (Ritual/Fusion Weapon can help). Her deck's powerless against it (beware of Amazoness Sage though: don't place any other monsters on the field and you're safe). Then just keep attacking: she'll continue to thin her deck, eventually decking out.
As for something specific: focus on Lycanthrope + Ritual Weapon, that's easiest to bring out. Just build your entire deck on bringing that out and you can't lose (well, unless you have terrible luck, but you run that risk with ANY deck).
Don't run Hungry Burger: Lycanthrope ONLY. Then throw in some Judge Mans/Meteor Dragons (3 total in any amount), Blue Dragon Summoners (I run 2), Iron Blacksmith Kotetsu's (2 as well), and of course whatever amount you have of the Ritual searchers (I only have 1 each and it still works). That leaves 2 more spots, Windstorm of Etaqua + something else is what I'd do.
