When a card is generic, good, UR and not limited, it will be purchasable only.

You are clearly underestimating Komoney.

Most generic UR, especially staple cards(canadia, floodgate, raigeki break etc) came from main box or mini box.
You still be able to purchase it via farmable gems. Of course, I don't really care if you don't want to use gems by whatever reason you had.
