The spawn rates have been horrible for this event. I feel like I'm not even playing. I am averaging about 2.5 hours between spawns. We need to send complaints to Konami. I sent a couple complaints, did that survey and complained on their FB page.
I started off yesterday and fought him 6 times, all lvl 30. Today I've only seen lvl 40 for the last 7, however drop rates are still terrible and I'm only getting jewels..
Lvl 40 has popped up for me 8 times today and havent' seen lvl 30 since yesterday, so far manage to get most of the higher rarity cards except Dark Magician, also Lvl 40 seems a bit easy to beat kinda as yeah his deck gets going once DM hits but 6 times out of 8 he wasn't able to and when he did it never was a problem and i using a DM combo deck and i don't get DM out alot of times
