Nevermind, I went for evil eye. I just found out that I can build the deck without resetting the box and using dream tickets that you get in the 1st week for a copy of the equip spell and field spell.
harpie is a new tier 3 deck which all the core cards are f2p or from a single mini box, their boss is a synchro and you can easly make rank 4 or 7, but the optimal version run a lot of expensive staples
