It's just a Nomi version of REBD with ATK boost effect.
It probably would see just a little play, if there's even any.
Especially since 3 years ago we don't have good ways to quickly fill the graveyard with Dragons for REDD's ATK boost, or good ways to quickly get REBD into the field so you can tribute it to summon REDD.
Let me help you. This card will see 0 play. Yes, 0. Its a nomi monster that all it offers is a pathetic attack boost. Before 3 years rebd dragons decks "could" have used it as a big beater since 3 re spirit was staple in them. Today, if you are desperate for huge attack boost in re decks just use claw of hermos. Sorry. Too late for this guy. Even in rookie ranks a man-eater bug would laugh at it.
