Oh... yeah that skill that limits your deck card number, your fusion monsters, and your special summons for 2 turns.
And in the end of the day what you get is a magic jammer on foot. In a meta were some decks use even 0 spell cards.
Some times i laugh with those skill ideas... Too many restrictions and in the end this skill will most likely be used in a weird combo deck that will utilize the free extra 2 cards (buster blader+polymerization)
Konami could just make a altrernative evolution skill or give you eyes of timues in hand. but, no konami goes the long way.
