You can get another BEWD by farming Seto Kaiba at lv.40 (unlocked after reaching phase 30)
Pretty hard to get but there is a specific deck to counter him, check on this site ;)

You must buy a tractor and green beans. Also you need some help form asian's farmers to help you out in the process

Just keep dueling kaiba lvl 40 ( you need to get to stage 30 to duel him on his lvl 40deck )

It says you can get it from his level 30 but there is more cards so it's harder to get, is that true?

You can also use any of the fusion substitutes from leveling Yami, Joey, or Kaiba (Goddess with the Third Eye, Mystical Sheep #1, and Versago the Destroyer)

The fusion substitutes work as a Blue Eyes when fusion summoning, it doesn't change anything just replaces one monster in the fusion.
