So far only Thunder Dragon deck runs Levianeer. But yeah, it is a very versatile card for 30 card anime deck in Bronze

How is that good when F2P can only go into this 6 times and it's down to luck as to whether they'd get it? It's a whale card and P2W if you want to get 3 copies.
