god you're an idiot, lets just think of all the spells that target monsters enemy controler, super rush headlong, diffusion is becoming a thing, equip spells and then a card doesn't fit the requirement and all you have to do is discard.

I mean it's basically Riryoku field + Ultimate Providence for spells. Not that great
